1. You request a quote via our form or per email ( and send the digital file(s) or scan(s) along with it.
  2. You receive from us:
    a) as business customer a quote.
    b) as a private customer a quote along with online payment options.
  3. We schedule the translation:
    a) for business customers as soon we have received a quotation agreement per email.
    b) for private customers after the payment has been done. We receive a notification when you have used the payment link.
  4. In consultation, we will send you a digital concept of the translation before making this final.
  5. After a potential agreement of the concept translation, we will send you the translation in accordance with the agreement per email and/or by post.
